Lily Zuckerman

I'm a junior at the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications, where I'm majoring in Magazine, News and Digital Journalism and minoring in Applications of AI. I'm currently interning at NJ.com on the News desk. In the fall, I will be Culture Editor of The Daily Orange, Syracuse University's independent newspaper. Most of my free time is spent reading a good book from the New Journalism era; my favorite authors are Joan Didion, Tom Wolfe, and Gay Talese. I'm interested in applying New Journalism's scene-and-character approach to covering how AI is reshaping the world. I hope to cover the intersection of AI, the media industry, and technology as a journalist.
